About Me

Hi, I’m Dina. I'm a Portland, Oregon–based photographer with a passion for authentic storytelling and capturing the kind of photos that make you feel something. I’ve been in front of the camera since childhood, working as a model long before I ever picked a camera up myself. That experience shaped how I see photography today, not as posing for perfection, but as a way to bring confidence and connection to every person I photograph. With a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychological Sciences, I approach photography through an empathetic lens. I understand how powerful it is to feel seen and valued, and that’s exactly what I work to create: photos that honor who you are, not just how you look.

Why Choose Me

Choosing your photographer is about more than finding someone with a good eye. It’s about finding someone who helps you feel comfortable being yourself in front of the camera. My background in both social work and modeling gives me a unique ability to read energy, ease nerves, and guide you in a way that feels natural, not forced. I know how vulnerable it can be to be in front of the camera, and I’m intentional about creating an environment where you can comfortably be your authentic self. I believe the best photos happen when trust and comfort come first. Whether we’re shooting your wedding, elopement, or portrait, I want you to walk away not only with beautiful images but with memories that feel like you.

My approach
Forget the “say cheese” poses, my work is all about purposeful storytelling. I focus on candid, heartfelt moments that unfold naturally: the laughter between shots, the wind catching your hair, the way you look at your partner when you think no one’s watching. Every session is designed to feel more like an experience than a photoshoot. Nature is my favorite backdrop. The mossy forests, rugged coastlines, and moody skies of the Pacific Northwest inspire me. I love to incorporate Oregon’s wild beauty, whether that means hiking to a hidden waterfall, paddleboarding at sunrise, or running barefoot in the sand.
What big-life moment CAN we capture together?
